Oleochemicals Plant

In tandem with our trading services, Sinton is in the process of establishing two oleochemical plants, one in collaboration with FGV in Sabah, Borneo and another independently, in Port Klang. Both plants will aim to manufacture specialized additives like C16 and C18, along with the food supplement Vitamin E and Glycerin. Our first refinery will be capable of processing 5,000 metric ton a month with feedstock coming from nine operational mills and from our venture partner FGV. The plant is expected to be ready by 2025. Sinton additionally intends to construct plants in other regions across Peninsular Malaysia and Indonesia in line with our off-take agreements with our clients.

Fertilizer Plant & Hub

Sinton has commenced the construction of a fortified fertilizer hub capable of managing 250,000 metric tons annually, featuring integrated warehousing facilities for the urea. Additionally, the facility will serve as a center for break bulking and repacking operations for shipments into Asia and Europe. Fully equipped to handle the production of various types of straight and compound fertilizers. Concurrently, Sinton plans to build an NPK fertilizer plant in collaboration with a reputable industry partner, to be situated in Port Klang. This plant is expected to have a capacity of 500,000 metric tons a year and is expected to be ready by 2025.

Coal Mines & Infrastructure

In Sinton’s effort to extend the value chain in coal, it plans to acquire strategic interest in coal mines and coal infrastructure across the globe. At present discussions are already taking place to finalise several acqusitions of mines in Indonesia.

CPO (Crude Palm Oil)

REVO menjual CPO sesuai Standart Nasional Indonesia dengan Spesifikasi FFA 5% max, MI 0,5% max, DOBI 2 max.

HACPO (High Acid Crude Palm Oil)

REVO menjual HACPO dengan Spesifikasi FFA 20 – 35% dan MI max 3%

POME

REVO menjual Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) dengan spesifikasi FFA >40% dan MI max 5%
